Rhode Island Romantic Wedding
One of my favorite things I enjoy is visiting the east coast to capture someone’s important day. N + P trusted me in making their fall themed wedding dream a storybook. That day, it was beautiful and sunny. Everyone there told me I brought my San Diego weather with me to make this work. I’d like to keep it that way :) This couple found me and took a chance at my work and dedication. I flew out there to Warwick, Rhode Island and definitely got the east coast experience with everyone talking with their hands, and being straightforward with their sentences, but definitely full of love.
As a person of color, one question I get asked is if I was able to take pictures of different skin colors. The answer is yes! I am an all inclusive photographer and I have darker skin, so I know what it is like to try to get the skin color down when it comes to photos. I’d like my photos to be slight moody with a hint of warm, but still make the colors stand out. I try to make skin as natural as possible, but with a hint of warmth so it feels like the sun is around ;)
